Central American Option: Commission Schedule

1. Managed Futures Accounts

• Costs charged to the Pool Account (at account value at market) and allocated to your account, according to your participation.

• US$50.00 per round-turn every Futures or Option contract.

• 25% profit-sharing of net profits. This 25% will be charged every three months or at the moment the client deposits or withdraws money.

• 2% up front plus 2% per year, charged as 1/6% each month.

• Any other costs, deficits, or expense incurred under the performance of this contract, such as banking transfers charges.

• Minimum 25,000US$

2. Futures & Options On-line

• US$18.00 per side of every Futures or Option contract.

• Any other costs, deficits, or expense incurred under the performance of this contract, such as banking transfers charges.

• Minimum 30,000US$

3. Stocks & Options Web-based Level II

• 0.25% of the value of the transaction with a minimum of US$30.00 for each transaction (buy or sell)

• Options: plus $2.00 per contract

• Any other costs, deficits, or expense incurred under the performance of this contract, such as banking transfers charges. ECN costs and Level II system costs ($50/month).

• Minimum 10,000US$(Cash Account)

• Minimum 30,000US$ (Margin Account)

4. Stocks & Options On-Line Level II (Realtick)

• 0.25%of the value of the transaction with a minimum of US$30.00 for each transaction (buy or sell)

• Options: plus $2.00 per contract

• Any other costs, deficits, or expense incurred under the performance of this contract, such as banking transfers charges, ECN costs (ARCA $0.005 per share) and Level II system costs ($300/month).

• Minimum 10,000US$ (Cash Account)

• Minimum 30,000US$ (Margin Account)

5. Stocks & Options----orders by telephone/chat

• US$50.00 (+0.25% above 15,000US$) for each transaction (buy or sell)

• Options: plus $2.00 per contract

• Any other costs, deficits, or expense incurred under the performance of this contract, such as banking transfers charges and ECN costs (ARCA $0.005 per share).

6. Mutual Funds

• Depending on the kind of Mutual Fund. Costs are specified in the corresponding informative brochure with a minimum of 1% or 100US$, whatever is greater.

7. Bonds

• Any other costs, deficits, or expense incurred under the performance of this contract, such as banking transfers charges

9. T. TRADER

• Stocks: US$30.00 for each ticket (Buy or Sell) (up to 15,000US$)

• Stock orders above $15,000: US$15 + 0.25% for each ticket (Buy or Sell)

• Futures: US$35 Round Turn for every Futures or Option contract.

• CFDs/Forex: no commissions but the prevailing spread (minimums apply)
